Description

Exemestane – Properties

Exemestane is currently classified as a metabolic and endocrine modulator. Both in operation and structure it resembles a formestane. It was originally used to treat breast cancer but has also made its way into sports over the years to combat the side effects of aromatizing steroids.

Exemestane – Effect

Its effects are in many ways similar to other aromatase inhibitors, notably Armidex and Letrozole, but it also has unique properties. Like all aromatase inhibitors, Aromasin is useful in preventing side effects caused by steroid therapies. These include gynecomastia and excessive water retention. Aromasin blocks the conversion of estrogens in the body and actively inhibits the aromatization process. Its inhibitory nature reduces the total amount of estrogen and by preventing it from binding to receptors it blocks the typical estrogenic side effects of anabolic steroids. Aromatase blocking activity is Aromasin's primary function, however it has other properties that may be of interest to anabolic steroid users. Thanks to its slightly androgenic nature, Aromasin has been shown to significantly stimulate the production of natural testosterone. While other aromatase inhibitors can also increase overall testosterone production, Aromasin actively does so while increasing natural production of IGF1, an insulin-like growth factor that helps build muscle mass. Both Armidex and Letrozole cannot boast of such an effect.

Exemestane – Usage

Exemestane is responsible for restoring the right state of the body that has been lost due to the use of steroids such as oxymetholone, testosterone or methanabol. Its job is to unblock the body and restore the production of natural testosterone in men, especially in their testicles. In addition, Symex is used to restore the lower levels of estrogen in the body, the excess of which, among other things, can lead to the appearance of gynecomastia.

Exemestane – Dosage

During an aromatizing steroid cycle, 12.5 mg of exemestane can be added daily as needed while monitoring estrogen levels. During PCT, if necessary, you can add 12.5–25 mg daily (based on laboratory tests, hormonal background). If the athlete does not have problems with estrogen, estrogen suppression is unfavorable.

Exemestane – side effects and contraindications

It is well tolerated by most users at the maximum tolerated dose, toxicity has yet to be identified. The side effects associated with the use of this compound are usually quite mild and symptoms such as transient gastrointestinal effects, hot flashes, nausea and fatigue can occur.
